Alliance Digital Media Library
The Alliance Digital Media Library (ADML) allows library cardholders to check
out and download audiobook and ebooks. It has 40 participating libraries in
central Illinois and is a contracted service with OverDrive, Inc.
To check out items, you will need a valid Galesburg Public Library card, a
computer, an Internet connection, and free software available on the ADML
website. Once downloaded, digital titles can be enjoyed on your computer or
transferred to a supported device, like an MP3 player or eBook reader. Some
audio titles can also be burned to CD. (Please note that items cannot be
downloaded in the library.)

At the end of the 14-day lending period, titles will automatically expire and are returned to the collection. There is a limit of two titles at a time.
Visit http://alliance.lib.overdrive.com for more information and to start checking out titles. Please let us know if there are additional titles you would like to see in the digital collection. You can fill out a suggestion form on the ADML site (log in to My Account and click on Suggest a Title) or email us at reference@galesburglibrary.org.
Please note that your home library
must be a participating library in order for you to download titles.
