Library Policies
The library is a tax supported instrumentality of the City of Galesburg, Illinois. It is governed by a nine-member board of trustees appointed by the mayor. The library employs a director to manage the operations of the library. Policies and procedures adopted by the board of trustees guide the operations of the library.
